The customer must return the item in person within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase.
The item must be returned in its original condition, without any loss in gold, weight, or any of its parts.
The customer must return the item along with the original warranty booklet issued and signed by the company.
The item must not have undergone any modification, alteration, replacement, or damage of any kind, even partially, that could affect its value.
Ghassan Jewelry bears no responsibility of any kind if it decides not to accept the return, in cases where any of the above-mentioned conditions are not met.
The customer cannot claim any additional amount exceeding the designed piece value from Ghassan Jewelry as a result of returning the item, regardless of the value of gold or the item at the time of return.
